Beat the Tide is a fantastic 10k along the shoreline of Worthing and Lancing beaches, the route takes you through the sandy shoreline, via shingle and rock pools up to the path above widewater and back again.

This year we will be starting about 50 metres along from where we normally start at Perch on the parade who will be supplying drinks and doing a 2 for 1 offer on Pizza’s.
